Registration for spring 2025 Health-Related Experiences will open on Tuesday, February 11 at 8:30 a.m.

👀 2/11-2/18 - View available experiences and request a pass time.

🖱2/13-2/18 - Pass times start - Register for an open experience or a waitlist (registration closes at 4:00 p.m. on 2/18).

📕 2/19-2/25 - Students registered for an HRE and waitlisters complete Career Center HRE Asynchronous Orientation on Canvas.

💧 2/26 - Any student who does not complete the Career Center HRE Asynchronous Orientation on Canvas is
dropped from their experience slot or waitlist.

💻 2/28 - Open spots become available (first come, first serve) at 8:30 a.m., to waitlisted students who completed the Career Center HRE Asynchronous Orientation.

📆 2/27 - Mandatory Career Center HRE Synchronous Orientation at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for UC Davis Health students

📆 3/7 - Mandatory Career Center HRE Synchronous Orientation at 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for private site students

Spring 2025 HREs generally begin the week of March 30 and run through June 14.

Experiences with 2 quarter commitments span spring 2025 and summer 2025 (not fall).
