Please note that paper submissions will not be accepted. Applicants must use the following online form. Applications are due by 4/9/2021 (not 4/19 as incorrectly stated in the email).

Recipients will be chosen in April. A recipient list will be posted outside the Community Service Resource Center Office and on the Community Service Resource Center website after 5/31/2021.

If you are considered for the Chancellor's Civic Engagement Award, you will be notified, and we will require additional information. You may also be eligible for the President's Volunteer Service Award. You can find more information about both awards here.
