Practice your organizational skills directing attendees in the parking lot, free weight lifting training using tubs of crab as weights, and increase your people skills clearing tables for hungry participants. EVENT SHIFTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 9am-12:30pm Washing large bowls/platters/utensils 11am-6pm Sorting, carrying, and prepping crab 5pm-9pm Taking photos of the event!
