Project Title Putah Creek Nursery Project (Saturday)
Project Description At the Putah Creek Nursery, volunteers help with a variety of tasks including: propagating, potting up, seeding, weeding, trimming, organizing, watering, and otherwise caring for native plants that will be used on habitat improvement projects.

Putah Creek Council, in partnership with Lower Putah Creek Coordinating Committee, grows a variety of native plants for use in our habitat enhancement project sites throughout the Putah Creek watershed.

All plants in the nursery are propagated from seeds and cuttings taken from plants growing in the Putah-Cache basin. All plants are propagated, transplanted, weeded, and otherwise cared for by community volunteers - just like you!
