* Note	All volunteers should meet at Winters Rotary Park (201 E. Main Street) in Winters, CA 95694. Meet at Winters Rotary Park, 9:30 AM. We will work until noon. We provide all the tools and supplies, including gloves.Please dress appropriately for the weather in clothes that can get dirty and closed-toe shoes. If you are under 18, you MUST bring a completed liability form with a parent's signature. This event will happen rain or shine! PCC will bring ponchos and mud boots if necessary. If you have trouble finding the location on the day of the event please call 530-219-8144.
